TERMS OF SERVICE.

01. Protocol Agreement
By accessing the WHATEVER platform or utilizing our engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our systems are designed for high-precision execution; misuse or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
02. Service Execution
Our commitment is to provide state-of-the-art engineering and design solutions. We operate on a 'Build-to-Order' model where each project is a unique instance of system architecture. Delivery timelines are estimates based on project parameters provided at initiation.
03. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise negotiated in a Master Service Agreement, WHATEVER retains ownership of core internal systems and proprietary code patterns used to deploy your project. Upon final settlement, you receive a full perpetual license to the specific deliverables of your build.
04. Acceptable Use
You may not use our infrastructure to host content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate any system node found in violation of these standards.
05. Liability Limits
WHATEVER provides systems 'as-is'. While we maintain extreme reliability (99.9% target), we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from system downtime or data synchronization delays.
